Rod Taylor, Owner, Key Client Manager
Rod’s role is to oversee the daily operation of the company, which basically means making sure that the rest of the team are happy and have the resources they need to keep providing great service to our customers. He also works closely with key clients to develop strong partnerships. Rod is passionate about getting the job done right the first time. When not in the office, Rod enjoys time out camping with his wife Gini and their two youngest daughters.
Jo Dowie, Office Administrator
Jo brings a wealth of knowledge to our team in the areas of administration and health and safety. It is Jo’s role to ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Outside of work, Jo loves anything to do with craft and she enjoys spending quality time with her family.
Leanne King, Administration Assistant
Leanne is our part-time admin whizz and another friendly face in the office. Leanne has previous experience in the banking industry and has also worked with children so she has patience in droves! She loves animals and enjoys walking for relaxation and fitness.
Donna Ahu, Project Coordinator
Donna’s background is in sales and marketing and she has many years’ experience in customer service-focussed roles. Donna is a great multi-tasker with energy to burn – partly due to her love of coffee! Outside of work, Donna enjoys running and doing Zumba classes.
Alan Brunning, Senior Project Manager
Alan is a qualified tradesman with over 30 years’ experience in the painting and decorating industry. His excellent project management and communication skills make him the ideal person to manage multiple projects and ensure our clients are well-informed. Alan’s reputation as a wise mentor to many young professionals in the industry has earned him the nickname of “Yoda”. Despite having lived in Christchurch for most of his life, Alan remains a diehard fan of the Wellington Hurricanes rugby team.
Eric Kleinedeters, Estimator / Project Manager
Eric is a qualified tradesman with 25 years’ painting industry experience, including self-employment. Away from work, Eric is a history buff who enjoys researching the history of Christchurch as well as spending time with his wife and three sons.
Tony Morgan, Estimator / Project Manager
Tony oversees all aspects of our waterproofing service including pricing plans, working with suppliers to source the best product for our clients’ requirements and ensuring strict quality control measures are applied on each job. Tony is a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) whose previous experience in the waterproofing industry is complemented by a career history that also includes working as an upholsterer and a cycle mechanic. Tony likes to be challenged in life and in the workplace and keeps active outside of work by cycling, tramping and running.
Kevin, Estimator / Project Manager
Kevin has worked in the building trade for 25 years, and his project management experience covers a wide range of residential and commercial work, from renovations to new builds. Kevin’s qualifications include a Diploma in Quantity Surveying. Originally from Tauranga, Kevin enjoys exploring the South Island with his wife and daughter. His hobbies include metal detecting, fishing and gardening.
